We reported the case of two patients with severe its associated that were intolerant to continuous positive airway pressure (C-PAP) underwent maxillomandibular advancement (MMA) surgery. severity was assessed using validated questionnaires (Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Epworth Sleepiness Scale, quality life), medical observation, patient-reported symptoms. performed pre- post-treatment polysomnography. Six months after treatment, value apnea–hypopnea index (AHI) had returned normal range and, together it, component considerably reduced patients’ overall life (BDI, BAI, ESS, qol) improved.
